Transind Company w.l.l exclusively deals with more than 50 brands, which includes various internationally renowned brands like Baskin Robbins Dunkin Donuts, Frito-Lay, KDD, Lacnor, Chips Oman, Tulip, Shoprite etc…. Transind Company w.l.l, which was started as an importing and distributing Company, is now engaged in a variety of activities and now have moved to Sports goods wholesaling and retailing. We are also running a supermarket chain named ‘Food Palace’ and also has 20 number of Baskin Robbins / Dunkin Donuts parlors in an around Qatar, which now has become market leader in their respective segments. TRANSIND COMPANY w.l.l is listed in most countries Chamber of Commerce/Trade, Business directories and is very well placed in overseas business circles. Though excellence and continuous growth reflected on all areas of our business operation, we never rest on our laurels and achievements. Chairman of the Group
Our Chairman and owner of the Company, Sheikh. Abdul Rahman Bin Mohammed Bin Jabor Al-Thani, a member of the ruling family, is an Engineering Graduate from USA. His father was the Minister for municipal Affairs until his death in 1983. Sheikh. Abdul Rahman occupies senior positions in various Govt. and semi Govt Organizations. He was a board member of Qatar petroleum (QP), Qatar Fertilizer Company (QAFCO), Qatar Gas Co (North Field), and also was the Ex- Vice Chairman of Qatar Environmental Protection Committee. Currently he is the Chairman of Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company (QIMCO) and managing Director of Doha Bank. As well, he is the Chairman of Qatar Oman Investment Co. Chairman of Al-Khaleej Investment Company and Head of Qatar and Omar Commity.Also, is a board member of Al-Jabor Real Estate Investment Company
Vice Chairman & Managing Director
Sheikh. Jabor Abdulrahman Mohammed Jabor Al – Thani, The Managing Director of Transind is member of the ruling family and the son of Sheikh. Abdulrahman. He is business graduate from European university – Switzerland. Sheikh Jabor occupies a senior position at Qatar Investment authority, the largest investment entity in Qatar, and a shareholder at Doha Bank. With his effort and modern innovative mentality, he represents the new expansionary vision of Transind and promoted itself to be one of the market leaders in Qatar.
Finance and Administration
Transind's financial and administrative works carried out in the corporate Head office by the Financial Controller and Head of Finance Mr. Ihab Saleem.Staff Induction / recruitment and done with enough care and our Management / key staffs comprises of a number of qualified Professionals.
Sales Team
No business can survive without a successful sales team behind, and it has proved absolutely true with Transind Company W.L.L Our phenomenal growth during these years can attributed to the excellent marketing and dedicated service .Now we have more than 48 salesmen in the field, supporting merchandisers plus 70 delivery teams consistent of two helpers in each team. Besides there are cash sales vans and 25 refrigerated trucks for the distribution of ice creams and other frozen products. To co ordinate the entire process, there are sales supervisors, who are under the control and supervision of sales Manager.
With vast experience and contacts at every nook and corner of the market, we ensure 100% product availability and based on the reports of our market Research wing, appropriate strategies are adopted to make sure maximum sales are generated with fullest utilization of available resources. As a gesture of goodwill, with the support of our principal’s our company has supplied approximate 2000 deep freezer to various supermarkets and outlets free of cost to display and sell Company’s product. With continuously adding up new agencies and looking forward to associate with other potential business enterprises, presently we have exclusive dealership with nearly 100 brands, coming from all around the globe.
